Flyover Terms and Conditions

All persons visiting the Flyover attraction (the “Attraction”) do so subject to the following terms and conditions provided by the owners of Flyover:

  1. Tickets may be purchased either individually or in groups. Due to limitations of seating configurations on the Flyover ride, it may not be possible for all members of a group to be seated together.
  2. All tickets are non-refundable within 48 hours of arrival date. If a guest purchases a ticket but does not arrive during the specified time period, the guest may choose a new timeslot at the ticket office inside Flyover. A change in date or time of your originally scheduled ride may result in a rate change or additional fees. Guests who purchase through third-party affiliates, OTAs, and other preferred ticket selling partners must contact their original point-of-sale method for any and all refunds.
  3. All tickets expire and become null and void on the day of scheduled ride date.
  4. No food or beverages of any kind may be consumed on the Flyover ride or in the pre-show area. Food and beverages may be consumed in designated areas prior to entering or subsequent to exiting the ride.

  7. The following special effects are used in the Flyover experience: mist, wind, scents and strobe lighting. The use of these special effects is intermittent, and, while every effort is made to ensure the well-being of guests, Flyover does advise that if any guests have a pre-existing condition that could be exacerbated by exposure to any of the aforementioned special effects, then these guests should not enter the Flyover experience.

However, Flyover reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, whether for safety reasons or otherwise, and with or without prior notice, to close the Attraction. In the event of such closure, Flyover will provide a refund to any guests who have a ticket for the time of the unexpected closure but otherwise shall have no liability whatsoever, including no liability for travel expenses or any other out of pocket expenses, in respect of closure of part or all of the Attraction.
  18. Guests voluntarily assume full responsibility for all risks of any and every kind arising from their participation on the Flyover ride (“Ride”), which includes seat movement and manufactured weather elements. Guests irrevocably release FlyOver Las Vegas LLC, its affiliates, employees, agents, successors and assigns from, and hold them harmless for, all claims, rights, demands or causes of action whether known or unknown, arising out of the Ride.

By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree that Flyover or any authorized party may use such images in perpetuity, in any promotional, advertising or publicity material in any format whatsoever. You further agree that copyright in these materials rests with Flyover or such authorized party (as the case may be).
